Bloeiva

Privacy

Healthcare data should be transparent, not hidden inside thousands of lines of legal jargon. Here is Bloeiva's privacy commitment in plain terms.

1. What We Collect

Only essential care data

We collect strictly what is clinically necessary to provide care—such as therapy notes in Autistech, diagnostic imaging in WeCureGlobal, and contact details. We never capture peripheral data, location breadcrumbs, or device telemetry unrelated to your care.

Strict data minimization principle enforced

2. How We Use It

Never sold, solely for care delivery

Your information is used solely to coordinate treatment, provide clinical insights, and support care teams. We have never sold patient data, run ad-targeting pixels, or licensed clinical records to third-party commercial brokers or advertisers.

Zero advertising trackers or data licensing

3. Pediatric & HIPAA Safeguards

Strict encryption & verified parental consent

For minor patients on Autistech, we require verified parental consent before profile activation. All records are shielded by zero-knowledge architecture, client-side encryption (AES-256), and audited under SOC2 Type II and HIPAA standards.

COPPA & FERPA compliant guardian controls

4. Your Rights

Export or delete anytime

You own your health history. You may download complete records in portable FHIR/JSON formats, restrict specific provider visibility, revoke observational study consent, or request permanent record erasure whenever you choose.

One-click exports & statutory erasure requests
